摘要

随着人口结构的转型与医疗卫生体系的改革

社区医疗的重要性日益凸显。社区医疗具有医学与人文的双重属性。本文从社区医疗的发展历程与现状出发

结合人类学的学科特点

运用其方法论体系

对我国社区医疗的发展路径进行了探讨。同时本文特别提出人类学在当前我国社区医疗中的应用方式

具体包括跨文化研究与不同社区医疗模式的比较、参与式发展、个案研究与生命叙事、文化理解与需求分析4个方面。将人类学的人文关怀运用于社区医疗的社会实践中

为我国的医学研究与发展带来了新的契机

也为人类的健康事业提供了新的思路。

Abstract

Along with demographic transition and healthcare system reform

the importance of community health service is growing.Community health service has both medical and humane properties.Based on the development history and the current status of community health service as well as the characteristics and methodology system of anthropology

we explored the development pathway of community health service in China.Meanwhile

we described the application mode of anthropology in Chinese community health service

including cross-cultural study and comparative study of different community healthcare patterns;participatory development;case study and life narrative;cultural understanding and needs analysis.The application of humanistic care in the practice of community health service may create new opportunities for medical research and development

and also offer a new approach to advance the cause of human health.
