摘要

目的了解大学生运动伤害防护能力状况

为改善和提高大学生运动伤害防护能力提供依据。方法对我国6所高校692名在校本科生运动伤害防护能力现状、影响因素、需求情况进行问卷调查

并对结果进行分析。结果大学生运动伤害防护总分为41.07

小于平均分;在运动伤害预防维度上的得分存在性别间的差异（P<0.01）;在运动伤害预防维度和运动伤害诊断与评估维度上的得分存在年级间的差异（P<0.05）;474名大学生需要运动伤害防护知识与技能

占总人数的68.50%;影响大学生运动伤害防护能力的因素中

"学校重视程度不够"占34.39%

是主要影响因素。结论大学生对运动伤害的防护能力明显不足

Abstract

Objective To investigate the sports injury protection ability of university students so as to provide an evidence for improving and enhancing the sports injury protection ability of university students.Method With questionnaires

692 undergraduates from 6universities were surveyed and analyzed their current situation of sports injury protection ability

influencing factors and needs.Results The total score for sports injury protection was 41.07

less than the average score;there was a significant difference between the two genders in the scores of sports injury prevention dimension（P<0.01）;students of different grades had different scores in sports injury prevention and sports injury diagnosis and evaluation（P<0.05）.474 students needed the knowledge and skills of sports injury protection

accounting for 68.50%;among the influencing factors

the main factor was that "the school did not attach great importance to it"

accounting for 34.39%.Conclusion University students do not have good ability to protect them from sports injuries

so the relevant education departments should pay full attention to it to improve their sports injury protection ability and reduce the incidence of sports injuries.
