摘要

目的探讨64层螺旋CT扫描在肺隔离症诊断中的价值。方法选取我院2008年12月-2013年4月肺隔离症患者24例

所有病例均行64层螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描检查

并进行图像后处理。结果 24例患者中肺叶内型20例

占91.7%。其中发生于左肺下叶者20例

右肺下叶者4例。肺叶外型2例

占8.3%。结论 64层螺旋CT增强扫描时间短

图像显示清晰

有多种图像后处理技术可供选用

能发现供血动脉及较小的病灶

对肺隔离症的诊断具有重要价值。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the value of 64-slice spiral CT scan in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration.Method 24cases of patients with pulmonary sequestration received in our hospital from December

2008to April

2013were selected and examined by means of plain and enhanced 64-slice spiral CT scan

and post-processing for images was conducted.Results Among the 24cases

there were 20cases with intralobar pulmonary sequestration accounting for 91.7%.20cases had that in lower lobe of their left lungs while 4cases had that in lower lobe of their right lungs.There were 2cases with extralobar pulmonary sequestration accounting for 8.3%.Conclusion Enhanced 64-slice spiral CT scan can discover feeding artery and relatively small lesions with characteristics of short scan period

distinct images and various kinds of post-processing techniques available

which is of great value in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration.
