摘要

肾脏去交感神经术（RSD）通过去除肾脏交感神经、降低交感神经活性

达到治疗或改善相关疾病的目的。多项临床研究及动物研究提示

RSD对顽固性高血压、慢性心衰、左心室肥厚、心房纤颤及室性心律失常、胰岛素抵抗、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、慢性肾脏疾病及多囊卵巢综合症等有一定的临床疗效。对近年来RSD在临床中的应用进展进行综述

旨在为临床治疗相关疾病提供新的思路。

Abstract

RSD is intended to achieve the purpose of curing or treating related diseases through removing kidney’s sympathetic nerve and reducing its activeness.Many clinic researches and animal testing have demonstrated that RSD has had measured therapeutic effects on refractory hypertension

chronic heart failure

left ventricular hypertrophy

atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmia

insulin resistance

sleep apnea syndrome

chronic kidney diseases

and polycystic ovarian syndrome.This article conducts a general discussion of the clinical application of RSD in recent years and intends to provide a new perspective to the clinical treatment of related diseases.
