摘要

目的观察小儿流行性腮腺炎的中医护理效果。方法选取我院2011年1月-2012年1月收治的小儿流行性腮腺炎患儿60例

随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。其中对照组患儿给予常规护理

实验组患儿在常规护理的基础上加用中医护理

观察2组患儿的退热时间、消肿时间及有效率。结果实验组患儿的平均退热时间、消肿时间分别为（36.00±9.79）h和（63.43±13.35）h

对照组分别为（61.90±10.96）h和（92.57±26.58）h;实验组总有效率为96.67%

对照组为73.33%。二者疗效比较

差异均有统计学意义（p<0.05或p<0.01）。结论中医综合护理可提高小儿流行性腮腺炎的治疗效果

降低并发症

促进患儿康复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on child epidemic parotitis.Method 60cases of children with epidemic parotitis received in our Hospital from January 2011to January2012were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30cases in each group.Children from the control group were given routine nursing while children from the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on routine nursing.Time of pyretolysis

time of detumescence and effective rate in children from the two groups were observed.Results Average time of pyretolysis and detumescence in children from the experimental group was（36.00±9.79）h and（63.43±13.35）h respectively

while that of children from the control group was（61.90±10.96）h and（92.57±26.58）h.Total efficiency of the experimental group was 96.67% while that of the control group was 73.33%.The differences in curative effect between the two groups were statistically significant（p<0.05or p<0.01）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing is able to improve the curative effect on child epidemic parotitis

lower complications and promote recovery in children.
