Analysis on Effect of Early Ambulation in Patient Undergoing Hepatobiliary Surgery
method and nursing of early ambulation in patients undergoing open hepatobiliary surgery.Method 100cases of patients undergoing open surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 50cases in each group. The post-surgery early ambulation plan was introduced to patients in the experimental group 1~3before surgery so as to obtain understanding and cooperation from them
and the ambulation plan was implemented when patients came round from the anesthetics after surgery.Ambulation time
recovery time of anus exhaust
incidence rate of pulmonary infection
postoperative length of hospital stay and satisfaction of patients or their family members in the two groups were observed. Results Ambulation time in the experimental group was(47.38±11.26)h and that in the control group was(86.64±10.69)h
and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Recovery time of anus exhaust in the experimental group was(55.38±12.72)h and that in the control group was(83.44±11.85)h
and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Postoperative length of hospital stay in the experimental group was(8.10±1.73)d and that in the control group was(10.68±1.95)d
and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Incidence rate of pulmonary infection in the experimental group was 2.00% which was lower than that of 8.00%in the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Satisfaction of patients or their family members was increased from 95.10% to 99.60%.Conclusion Early ambulation in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of complications
thus promoting recovery of patients and easing burden on their family members.
