摘要

目的探讨高校社区卫生服务对高血压患者的综合管理效果。方法将我院社区内科门诊268例高血压患者随机分为试验组140例和对照组128例。对试验组进行为期1年的综合管理

对照组按照传统方法自行就诊和自主治疗

1年后对2组的效果进行比较分析。结果试验组经1年的综合管理后

血压控制率、高血压相关知识的知晓率、健康行为采纳率、疾病管理满意率均高于对照组

试验组的血压、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、空腹血糖（FBG）、血尿酸（UA）的数值均低于对照组

2组差异有统计学意义（p<0.01）。结论周到合理的高校社区卫生服务是高血压患者管理的有效途径

可以为其他慢性病的规范化管理提供参考。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the effect of integrated management implemented in community health service of higher institutions for patients with hypertension.Method 268cases of patients with hypertension in the internal medicine outpatient of community in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group （140cases）and control group（128cases）.A one-year integrated management was implemented for patients in the experimental group while patients in the control group were treated by themselves with traditional methods

and effects of the two groups after one-year treatment were comparatively analyzed.Results After implementation of one-year integrated management

control rate of blood pressure

awareness rate of knowledge related to hypertension

adoption rate of health behavior

satisfaction rate of disease control in the experimental group were higher than the control group;numerical value of blood pressure

total cholesterol（TC）

triglyceride（TG）

low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）

fasting blood glucose（FBG）and serum uric acid （UA）in the experimental group were lower than the control group

and differences between the two groups were statistically significant（p<0.01）.Conclusion Considerate and reasonable community health service implemented in higher institutions is an effective way to supervise patients with hypertension

which also provides reference for standard management of other chronic diseases.
