摘要

目的探索护理干预对妇科人流手术患者情绪反应的影响。方法对我院妇科门诊2010年6-11月收治的386例妇科人流手术患者分为干预组和对照组各193例

干预组在常规诊疗护理基础上采取术前心理疏导、术中抚慰、术后护理干预等措施

对2组结果进行比较分析。结果干预组在全程手术中表现在焦虑、紧张、恐惧等情绪反应和心率、血压指标变化明显低于对照组

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论护理干预能减轻妇科人流手术患者情绪反应

有利手术的顺利完成

提高手术治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on emotional reactions of patients receiving induced abortion operation.Method 386 cases of patients receiving induced abortion operation accepted in the gynecology outpatient department of our hospital from June to November

2010 were divided into intervention group and control group with 193 cases in each group.In the intervention group

measures such as preoperative psychological counseling

intraoperative comfort and postoperative nursing intervention were taken on the basis of routine medical nursing and results in the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results In the whole process of the operation

changes on emotional reactions such as anxiety

tension and fear and indexes such as heart rate and blood pressure were significantly lower than that in the control group

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can ease emotional reactions of patients receiving induced abortion operation

which is helpful to operate successfully and to improve effects of the operation.
