摘要

慢性疲劳综合征是一种以慢性疲劳为主要症状的身心疾病

虽表现为躯体功能障碍

但其发生和发展受到许多心理因素的制约。本文系统阐述了影响慢性疲劳综合征的心理因素

主要包括人格、认知和情绪等。国内外对其作用机制的研究主要集中在心理-生物-社会模型探讨上。心理因素在慢性疲劳综合征的预防和干预中具有重要的医学价值

因此有进一步研究的必要。

Abstract

Chronic fatigue syndrome is a somatopsychic illness with chronic fatigue as its major syndrome.Although the illness manifests itself in physical dysfunction

its occurrence and development are restrained by many psychological factors.The paper systematically expounded psychological factors influencing chronic fatigue syndrome

mainly include personality

cognition and mood etc

and found that studies at home and abroad on mechanism mainly focused on exploring the psychological-physiological-social model.It is necessary to further study the psychological factors which have important medical value in preventing and intervening chronic fatigue syndrome.
