摘要

以体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）技术为核心的辅助生殖技术（ART）已成为一种相对可靠且有效的治疗不孕不育的新方法

药物控制性促排卵（COS）是影响IVF-ET最终妊娠率的关键步骤之一。目前

促性腺激素释放激素（GnRH）主要包括:促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRHa）与促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂（GnRH-A）。本文对比两者在临床上应用的优缺点

证明GnRH-A的使用为IVF-ET助孕药物提供了一种新的选择

尤其是卵巢低反应患者。

Abstract

Assisted reproductive technology（ART）

with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET） as its core technology

has become a new approach to treating sterility

which is also a relatively reliable and effective approach.Controlled ovarian stimulation（COS） is one of the critical steps influencing the final pregnancy rate for IVF-ET.At the present day

gonadotropin-releasing hormone（GnRH） mainly includes: gonadotropin-releasing hormone angonist（GnRHa） and gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist（GnRH-A）.This paper contrasts advantages and drawbacks of GnRHa and GnRH-A in clinical applications.It is proved that the application of GnRH-A offers a new choice in IVF-ET drug for promoting pregnancy especially for patients who had poor ovarian responses.
