摘要

目的观察连花清瘟胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法将218例急性上呼吸道感染病例随机分成实验组和对照组

两组患者均给予静滴利巴韦林注射液和常规内科治疗

实验组患者加口服连花清瘟胶囊治疗

观察两组患者临床症状的改善情况。结果实验组临床总有效率为93.6%

高于对照组的29.8%

实验组临床症状的改善程度优于对照组

差异均有统计学意义（p<0.05或p<0.01）。结论连花清瘟胶囊合用利巴韦林治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效好

不良反应少

值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen capsule in treating acute upper respiratory tract infection.Method 218 cases of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.Patients in both groups were given fluid infusion with Ribavirin injection and routine medical treatment.Additionally

patients in the experimental group received Lianhua Qingwen capsule by oral medication.And improvements of clinical symptoms for patients in the two groups were observed.Results The clinical total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.6%

which was higher than that of 29.8% in the control group;improvements of clinical symptoms for patients in the experimental group were better than the control group

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.05 or p<0.01）.Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen capsule in combination with Ribavirin has a good curative effect in treating upper respiratory tract infection with few adverse reactions

which is worth promoting.
