Objective To have a knowledge about the mastery of sexual knowledge of university students and the present situations and characteristics of their sex-related behaviors.Method With the method of cluster random sampling

1 310 university students were investigated with "Health-Related Knowledge\Behavior Questionnaire for University Students in Southwest Forestry University" adapted from "Health-Related Behavior Questionnaire for Chinese Adolescents（College Edition）"and the results were statistically analyzed in Excel.Results Nearly 30% of the students were not educated with adolescent sexual health knowledge before entering university;the average awareness rate of eight sexual knowledge was only 75.82%;17.28% reported that they once had sexual behaviors;90.31% had their sexual debut at the age of over 17

among which 67.35% was at 19 or above;36.73% of university students who reported sexual behaviors had multiple sexual partners;64.8% reported that they used a condom in the latest sexual behavior;16.84% were pregnant or made their partners pregnant.Conclusion The prevalence rate of adolescent sexual health knowledge in primary and high schools in our country is low and the mastery of sexual knowledge of university students is not enough

so the relating problems to sexual behaviors should not be neglected.
