Objective To have a knowledge about the status quo of gynecologic diseases among female faculty in college in order to take effective prevention and control measures.Method The data of gynecologic diseases in a certain college from 2006 to 2011 were analyzed.Results Over the past 6 years

average physical examination participation rate was 84.84% and average detection rate of various gynecologic diseases was 74.57%

and there was no statistically significant difference in annual participation rate and detection rate.The top five common diseases were breast hyperplasia

cervicitis

uterine myoma

vaginitis and endometriosis respectively.The incidence of breast hyperplasia showed an increasing trend

9.Conclusion Gynecologic diseases are the main diseases threatening the health of female faculty

especially to the young and middle-aged ones.While making regular general screening and treatment

health education should be strengthened and census scheme should be improved to improve health conditions for female faculty.
