摘要

目的了解大一新生心理健康状况

为高校心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用大学生人格健康调查表（UPI）对3 705名大一新生进行测试。结果第一类学生即可能存在明显心理卫生问题者507人

占13.68%

其中想轻生者79人

占总人数2.13%;应引起关注者1 263人

占34.09%;选择率排在前15位的项目中的主要心理问题是强迫症状、人际关系困扰、情绪和意志问题、自信心问题。艺术类学生在关键项目

即常常失眠、对任何事情都没有兴趣和躯体症状因子上的得分均高于文科和理科学生（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论心理健康状况总体符合常态分布

艺术类学生心理健康水平低于文科和理科学生。强迫症状、人际关系不良、情绪和意志问题、自信心缺乏是困扰大学新生心理健康的主要问题;为帮助新生尽快渡过大学适应期

有必要对新生进行心理健康教育。

Abstract

Objective To study the the current conditions of freshmen psychological health and to provide reference for college mental health education.Method 3 705 freshmen were investigated with the UPI questionaire.Results 507 students of the first group may have significant mental health problems

accounting for 13.68%.Of them 79 people want to commit suicide

accounting for 2.13%;1 236 students deserve concerns

accounting for 34.09%.The top 15 items on the choosing rate list are obsessive-compulsive symptoms

interpersonal problems

emotional and will problems

self-confidence issues and so on.Art students in key items

such as constant insomnia

having no interest in anything

and physical symptoms factor

score higher than those of liberal arts and science（P<0.05 or P<0.01）.Conclusion In order to help the freshmen through the adaptation period smoothly

it is necessary to carry out the Psychological Healthy Education of them.
