摘要

目的总结我院门诊手术室人工流产并发症的发生特点及预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院120例人工流产的并发症

总结其临床资料。结果 120例人工流产孕妇共发生并发症4例

发生率为3.33%。其中人工流产综合征2例

漏吸和急性盆腔感染各1例。妊娠不足60 d的95例病例中并发症发生率为2.11%

超过60 d的发生率为8.00%

差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论人工流产术对妇女身体健康有一定伤害

且妊娠天数越大

人工流产并发症发生率越高。

Abstract

Objective To summarize the characteristics and precautionary measures of complications caused by induced abortion.Methods To retrospectively analyze 120 pregnant patients who received the surgery of induced abortion in our hospital

and to summarize their clinic data.Results Totally 4 cases encountered complication

and the incidence of complication was 3.33%

including the incidence of induced abortion syndrome at 1.67%and pelvic infection at 0.83%.In 95 cases of gestational period<60 d

2 cases encountered complication

and the incidence of complication is 2.11%;in the other cases of gestational period>60 d

the incidence of complication is 8.0%.The difference is statistically sighificant.Conclusions Induced abortion is harmful to women’s health.And the incidence of complication of induced abortion rises with the length of gestatlond period.
