摘要

目的了解大学生人群致病菌的种类及耐药情况

为合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对来自大学生人群的39株致病菌进行菌种鉴定和药敏试验

并对结果进行统计分析。结果大学生致病菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜缘假单胞菌为主

分别占35.9%

15.4%

15.4%;药敏试验显示

金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素G的耐药率最高

达92.9%

耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）的比例达50.0%。结论临床上应重视药敏试验

根据药敏试验结果合理选用抗菌药物。

Abstract

Objective To know the types of pathogenic bacteria among college students and drug resistance

and to provide the basis for rational use of antibiotics.Method 39 pathogenic bacteria from college students were identificated and received susceptibihity tests

and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Staphylococcus aureus

Escherichia coli

Pseudomonas aeruginosa were mainly distributed in pathogenic bacteria from college students

with the constituent ratio of 35.9%

15.4% respectively.The susceptibility tests showed that the Resistance rate of Staphylococcus aureus to penicillin G was the highest

92.9%.The ratio of methicillin resistan Staphylococcus aureus（MRSA）was 50%.Conclusion Susceptibility testing should receive more attention.The antimicrobial drugs should be choosed rationally according to the results of susceptibility tests.
