摘要

目的了解扬州地区高校女生多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的患病状况

为监测与预防PCOS提供依据。方法对1500名女学生进行调查

对出现PCOS相关症状者检测激素和阴道B超检查进行诊断。结果筛查出216名有症状者

符合青春期PCOS诊断的患者138人

检出率9.2%。结论扬州地区高校女生青春期PCOS不容忽视

应加强女大学生PCOS相关知识的健康教育

重视对疾病的早期诊断与治疗。

Abstract

Objective Understanding female college students’ polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）

to provide the basis for prevention of PCOS.Method 1 500 female students were surved.Suffering the symptoms PCOS related

students would receive examination of hormone and B wltrasonic.Results 216 students sufferred the symptoms PCOS related

and 138 students were diagnosed PCOS.Conclusion Female college students’ PCOS can’t be ignored.The health education on PCOS should be strenghened

and the early diagnosis and treatnent of disease should be paid more attention to.
