摘要

目的了解事业单位退休职工的健康状况

为退休职工保健工作提供依据。方法对南充市部分事业单位500例退休职工的血压、血脂、血糖检测结果进行分析。结果血压、血脂、血糖中1项或多项异常者110人

检出率为22.00%;男性职工高血压、高脂血症和高血糖的检出率均高于女性

但仅在高血糖上的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;退休老年组高血糖检出率高于中年组

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;高血压检出率老年组高于中年组

高脂血症检出率中年组高于老年组

但差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论加强退休职工

尤其是男性职工高血压、高血脂、高血糖的防治工作是中老年预防保健的重点

应针对不同年龄段的退休职工采取不同的干预策略。

Abstract

Objective To understand the health status of retired employees and to provide the basis for health service.Method The results of blood pressure

blood fat and blood glucose of five hundred retired employees in public institutions were analyzed.Results 110 of these people showed results abnormal in blood pressure

blood fat or blood glucose

with detection rate 22.00%.The detection rate for high blood pressure

high blood fat and high blood glucose of male retired employees was higher than that of female

but only difference in high blood glucose has statistical significance（P<0.05）.The detection rate of high blood glucose and high blood pressure in elderly retired employees was higher than that of middle-age retired employees（P<0.05）.The detection rate of high blood fat in middle-age group was higher than that of the elderly group（P>0.05）.Conclusion It is very important to prevent and cure high blood pressure

high blood fat and high blood glucose among retired employees

especially the male ones.Different intervention strategies should be taken for retired employees at different ages.
