摘要

目的了解高校教职工健康现况

为防治疾病和提高教职工保健水平提供依据。方法将2009年上海海事大学1097名在职教职工健康体检资料进行收集和分析。结果高校教职工检出率最高的前3位疾病依次为高脂血症、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症

检出率依次为40.84%

23.11%

14.19%

且男性检出率高于女性

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论高校教职工代谢性疾病检出率高

应加强教职工

尤其是男性教职工的疾病预防教育。

Abstract

Objective To understand the health status of college faculty

providing basis for the prevention of diseases and the improvement of health conditions.Method 1 097 faculty members of Shanghai Maritime University were examined in 2009.Statistics were collected and analyzed.Results The three diseases of the highest detection rate were hyperlipidemia

fatty liver

high uric acid

40.84%

23.11%

14.19% respectively.Detection rate of male is higher than that of female.The difference is statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion Detection rate of metabolic disease is high among college faulty members

who

are expected to receive disease prevention education.
