摘要

目的了解某高校中青年教师肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome

IBS）临床诊治和可能病因。方法收集2007年10月-2010年4月期间北京大学医院就诊的中青年教师IBS患者179例

对其的诊治及病因进行分析。结果高校中青年教师IBS患者中存在心理问题的占88.33%

与家庭问题及居住条件与环境有关的占75.98%

多有不良生活方式

主要包括饮食因素、睡眠因素、嗜烟酒、较少锻炼及休闲等。结论 IBS患者多有心理因素、家庭与居住问题及不良生活方式

社会各界应高度重视

有针对性地采取有效措施加以防控

进而降低高校中青年教师IBS发病率。

Abstract

Objective To survey young college teachers with irritable bowel syndrome clinical diagnosis and possible causes.Method To collect 179 cases of IBS of young teachers from the Department of Gastroenterology and general outpatient clinics of Peking University Hospital from October

2007 to April

2010 and to analyze their diagnosis

treatment and causes.Results Psychological problems account for 88.33% and family issues

living conditions and environment factors account for 75.98% of all college young teachers.Most of them have adverse lifestyle factors

including diet

sleep factors

addiction to tobacco and alcohol

less exercise and leisure

etc.Conclusion Most of IBS patients have psychological factors

family and housing problems and adverse life style.The community should pay more attention to it and take targeted effective measures to prevent and control IBS so as to reduce the incidence of IBS of young college teachers.
