摘要

目的探讨小脑顶核电刺激（fastigial nucleus stimulation

FNS）对非恶性心律失常患者症状的疗效。方法随机选择一段时期

对反复心悸为主诉就诊的病人

进行24h动态心电图检查有心律失常（室上性早搏、短阵室上性心动过速、室性早搏）

且曾给予1种或几种抗心律失常药物治疗病情无好转者45例

用小脑顶核电刺激治疗

每次治疗40min

每周2次

每位患者治疗15次左右。观察症状改善情况。结果FNS治疗心悸、失眠、胸闷、头昏/头痛、乏力的有效率分别为80.0%、76.9%、81.5%、87.1%和82.9%;FNS治疗后心悸、失眠、胸闷、头昏/头痛、乏力评分降低

差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论FNS治疗能有效改善非恶性心律失常患者的心悸、失眠、头昏/头痛、胸闷、乏力等症状。

Abstract

Objective To explore curative effect of fastigial nucleus stimulation（FNS） in treating the symptoms of patients with nonmalignant arrhythmia. Method In a random period

FNS was used to treat 45 patients who went to hospital for repeating palpitation

and had arrhythmia（supraventricular premature beats

supraventricular runs

ventricular premature beats） confirmed by 24 h holter monitoring electrocardiogram

and whose state of illness did not improve after being treated by one or several antiarrhythmic drugs. After those patients were treated by FNS 40 minutes a time

twice a week

or so 15 times

the changes of symptom were observed. Results Effective rates of FNS in treating palpitation

sleep disorder

chest distress

dizziness/headache and hypodynamia were 80.0%

76.9%

81.5%

87.1% and 82.9% respectively.After treatment by FNS

the scores of palpitation

sleep disorder

chest distress

dizziness/headache and hypodynamia significantly decreased（P<0.01）. Conclusion FNS can effectively improve symptoms of palpitation

sleep disorder

chest distress

dizziness/headache and hypodynamia of patients with nonmalignant arrhythmia.
