摘要

目的了解腔隙性脑梗塞的CT和临床特点

为该病诊断与防治提供参考。方法对清华大学医院175例腔隙性脑梗塞病人的临床和CT诊断资料进行统计分析。结果本组病例男女之比为1.5∶1;以60～79岁病人较多

占73.2%;好发部位为基底节区及半卵圆中心区。结论60～79岁的男性应成为放射科CT诊断腔隙性脑梗塞关注的重点。

Abstract

Objective To analyse CT imaging features of lacunar infarction and the clinical features

and to provide help for diagnosis and treatment for the disease.Method The clinical and CT statistical data of 175 cases of lacunar infarction patients in Tsinghua University hospital was analysed.Results The ratio of gender was 1.5∶1;There were 73.2% in 60～79 years male;The more occurrence places were the basal ganglia and semi-oval center in the brain.Conclusion The focal point of lacunar infarction in CT should be pay close attention on 60～79 years male.
