Objective In order to know the health state of teaching staff and offer the data for the school hospital to prepare for health medical care of teaching staff.Method Statistically analyze the health physical examination among 741 staffs in chengdu aeronautic vocational and technical college.Results The first five diseases are high blood pressure

high cholesterol

fatty liver

hyperviscosity

overweight

and the detection rates are 30.77%、27.80%、14.17% 13.09% 13.09% respectively.In 10 major diseases or abnormalities

the retired staffs’ detection rate is higher than on-the-job staffs’.The detection rate of high-lipid

fatty liver

high blood pressure

high uric acid for on-the-job staff’s.are high

and men’s is higher than women’s（p<0.05）.The detection rates of hyperviscosity

liver cysts

renal cysts

abnormal electrocardiogram for retire men staffs are higher than women（p<0.05）.Conclusion The college teachers are in the sub-healthy state.The project on health of the talents should be started.Health education must be enforced to help people improve their style of life and habits so that they can be both physically and mentally healthy.
