摘要

目的了解高校医院抗生素使用情况

并对不合理用药处方进行分析

为抗生素使用更为安全、有效、合理提供信息。方法抽取东北农业大学医院2005年和2006年门诊处方共计17 455张

统计抗生素使用情况及不合理用药情况。结果2005年抽取的8 452张处方中

使用抗生素的处方有3 442张

占40.7%;2006年的9 003张处方中

使用抗生素的处方有4 639张

占51.5%;2006年抗生素使用率明显高于2005年

差异有统计学意义（χ2=204.63

p<0.01）。抽查出的不合理处方393张

主要问题是给药次数不合理、配伍不合理、重复用药、给药时间不合理等

分别占不合理使用抗生素处方的73.8%、12.5%、4.8%和4.3%。结论抗生素使用现状不容乐观

存在明显的不合理使用抗生素问题。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the current using situation of antibiotics and unreasonable prescription

in order to provide information for the safer

more effective

and reasonable using of antibiotics.Method Select prescriptions of the hospital of Northeast Agriculture University in 2005 and 2006 altogether 17 455 for the purpose of doing statistics on the using condition of antibiotics and unreasonable medicine using.Results In 2005 the 3 442 prescriptions of antibiotics accounting for 40.7% of 8 452 prescriptions selected.In 2006 the 4 639 prescriptions of antibiotics accounting for 51.5% of 9 003 prescriptions selected.It is obvious that the using ratio in 2006 is higher than in 2005（χ2=204.63

p<0.01）.The number of unreasonable prescription in spot-check is 393

mainly due to reasons of times of giving medicine

unreasonable dispensation

repeated using of medicine and unreasonable injection time

respectively account for 73.8%

4.3% of unreasonable using antibiotics.Conclusion Current using situation of antibiotics is not optimistic

it exist the problem of unreasonable antibiotics using.
