摘要

目的观察中西医结合治疗带状疱疹的疗效

探讨带状疱疹的最佳治疗方案。方法将病例分为实验组和对照组。实验组32例

用西药抗病毒治疗的同时加针刺、TDP照射综合治疗;对照组29例

单独用西药抗病毒治疗。观察并比较两组的疗效。结果在治疗7天时

实验组治愈28例

治愈率87.50%

好转4例

占12.50%

全部病例有效;对照组治愈4例

治愈率13.79%

好转17例

占58.62%

无效8例

占27.58%。实验组明显优于对照组

且消除疼痛的时间短

疱疹结痂得快

疗程明显缩短

不留后遗神经痛

两组比较差异均有统计学意义（p<0.01）。结论中西医结合治疗带状疱疹效果好

无不良反应

易于基层医院推广应用。

Abstract

Objective This paper tends to observe the curative effect of treating herpes zoster by means of Integrated traditional chinese and western medicine and examine the best treatment.Method All the cases are divided into experimental group and controls.32 cases are treated by means of multimodality use of western medicine for anti-virus

acupuncture

and TDP irradiation in the experimental group;29 cases are treated by means of western medicine alone.And the author observes and compares their respective effect.Results 28 cases have healed in experimental group

the cure rate is 87.50%

and 4 cases have improved their condition

accounting for 12.50%

all the cases are valid;4 cases have healed in controls

the cure rate is 13.79% and 17 cases made an improvement

accounting for 58.62%

besides

8 cases were noneffective.The experimental group was significantly better than the controls in 7 days treatment

and that the former took shorter time to clear up the pain

the scab formed more quickly

the treatment was shorter and it scarcely leaves any sequela of neuralgia.the comparison of the two groups were statistically significant（p<0.01）.Conclusion The curative effect of herpes zoster is good by means of integrative medicine and there is no adverse reactions and it is easy to spread and use in grass-roots hospitals.
