摘要

目的了解高校教职工的心理健康状况。方法使用精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）对2016名广东工业大学教职工进行调查。结果心理异常336例

占16.67%;女性心理异常检出率（19.03%）高于男性（14.40%）

女性在躯体化、抑郁、恐怖因子分与男性相比

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论高校部分教职工存在不同程度的心理异常

尤其是女性

是心理维护的重点对象。

Abstract

Objective To study the mental health of university staffs.Method 2 016 staffs from Guangdong University of Technology were investigated by the Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results 336 staffs（16.67%） were diagnosed with mental problem.The incidence of mental problem in females（19.03%） was higher than that in males（14.40%）.The difference between women and men in the somatization

depression

terrorist factor scores was significant（p<0.05）.Conclusion The mental problem has occurred to part of university staffs

especially females

which require psychological help.
