摘要

目的观察社区高血压病的知晓率、治疗率、控制率及病情转归

提高高血压病的防治水平。方法将2003年10月-2005年6月期间在某社区的高血压患者共128例作为观察对象

对其进行追踪观察并对结果进行统计分析。结果128例患者病情知晓率90.26%

接受治疗率84.37%

其中90例坚持服药

依从率70.31%;18例间断服药治疗

占14.06%。服用降压药病例经治疗6

周后血压降至正常范围或收缩压（SBP）下降超过20mmHg

但在活动、激动、焦虑、疲劳或停药4周后

血压仍有升高。20例未进行任何治疗

占15.63%。无1例因经济原因停药或拒服降压药。治疗后出现并发症者均为2级或3级高血压病例且与用药不规范有关。结论高血压知晓率

治疗依从率与患者受教育程度有关。药物合理使用

药价低廉是提高治疗依从率和控制率

减少并发症的重要因素。高血压的级别越高

发生并发症的机率越大。

Abstract

Objective To observe the awareness

treatment

control and prognosis of hypertension in community

so as to raise the level of hypertension prevention. Method From October 2003 to June 2005 follow-up study of 128 cases of hypertension patients

the results were statistically analyzed. Results During 128 cases

the rate of awareness was 90.26%

treatment was 84.37% and compliance was 70.31%. 18 cases dosed discontinuously. Blood pressure in patients dosed antihypertension medicine regularly was contolled during 6

weeks. The systolic pressure declined over 20 mmHg

but when exercising

exciting

anxiety

tiredness and stoping medicine

blood pressure still elevated. 20 cases（15.63%） did not get any treatment

which was not because of the economics. The secondary affection only appeared in patients with Ⅲ grade or Ⅳ grade hypertension and usually was related to irregular treatment. Conclusion The rate of awareness

treatment and compliance in patients with hypertension was related to the degree of education. Regular medical treatment

reasonable medicine price play a important role during elevating patient’s treatment and compliance

decreasing the secondary disease. The higher of hypertension grade

the more of secondary disease.
