Objective Discuss the effect of different length of cold dressing treatment time on the acute wrick of anklebone. Method Review and analyze 116 samples’ different effect of different time of cold dressing treatment. One group of patients were applied longer time of cold dressing in the acute period

while another group were applied shorter

thus to compare the different therapy of the two treatments. Results A cure rate of I degree injury is 77.41% in group A and 56.52% in group B（p<0.05）

Ⅱ degree is 73.07% in group A

compared with 60.00% in group B（p<0.05）. Conclusion Using longer time of cold compress treatment to the acute wrick of anklebone can ease partial dropsy

relieve partial sore

shorten the healing period

and reduce the occurrence of complications.
