摘要

目的

建立四川省医疗机构急救药品标准化管理体系，提升急救药品使用的及时性、安全性与可及性。

方法

组建涵盖急诊医学、药学、护理学专业专家的多学科团队，遵循循证原则，系统梳理国内外相关政策、指南及文献，结合省内各级医疗机构现状调研结果，通过多轮指导专家组专题研讨，并采用德尔菲法开展两轮专家问卷咨询，经逐条修订、专家终审，最终形成《四川省医疗机构急救药品管理专家共识》（后文简称“《共识》”）。结果与

结论

本《共识》构建了“基础标配+专科适配+应急储备”三级急救药品目录配置模式，围绕急救药品遴选、库存储备、储存养护、临床使用、供应调拨、质控培训、信息化管理等内容制定了一系列标准化管理规范。本《共识》可为四川省医疗机构急救药品规范化、同质化、精细化管理提供实操依据，助力提升全省急危重症救治用药保障能力与医疗安全管理水平。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To establish a standardized management system for emergency medicines in medical institutions of Sichuan Province， so as to improve the timeliness， safety and accessibility of emergency medicine use.

METHODS

A multidisciplinary expert team consisting of specialists in emergency medicine， pharmacy and nursing was set up. In accordance with evidence-based principles， relevant domestic and international policies， guidelines and literature were systematically sorted out. Combined with the results of investigations on the current situation of medical institutions at all levels within the province， multiple rounds of thematic seminars of the steering expert group were organized. The Delphi method was applied to carry out two rounds of expert questionnaire consultation. After item-by-item revision and final expert review， the

RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS

This

Consensus

constructs a three-tier catalog allocation model of “basic standard configuration + specialty adaptation + emergency reserve”. A set of standardized management specifications were formulated covering the selection， stock reserve， storage and maintenance， clinical application， supply and allocation， quality control and training， and informatization management of emergency medicines. The

Consensus

can provide a practical basis for the standardized， homogeneous and refined management of emergency medicines in medical institutions of Sichuan Province， and help enhance the capacity of medication guarantee and the level of medical safety management for the treatment of critical and severe patients across the province.
