摘要

目的

探索成果导向教育（outcome-based education，OBE）理念融合人工智能（artificial intelligence，AI）工具在儿科住院医师规范化培训（以下简称“住培”）教学门诊模式中的应用。

方法

选取2024年6月至2025年6月在湖南省儿童医院儿内科住院医师规范化培训基地轮转教学门诊的72名二、三年级住院医师，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组36人。试验组接受基于OBE理念融合AI工具的教学门诊带教，对照组接受常规教学门诊带教。比较2组轮转前后迷你临床演练评估（mini-clinical evaluation exercise，Mini-CEX）、出科理论考核和技能考核成绩及教学满意度。采用SPSS 27.0进行

检验、Mann-Whitney

检验及卡方检验。

结果

2组学员在学前的Mini-CEX总分及各维度得分差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。轮转后，试验组Mini-CEX总分及各维度（病史采集、体格检查、人文关怀、临床判断、沟通技巧、组织效能及整体表现）得分均高于对照组（

0.05）。试验组出科理论考核分数低于对照组（86.17±3.55 vs. 87.83±3.37，

=0.045），差异有统计学意义（

0.05）；出科技能考核分数高于对照组（84.12±2.94 vs. 83.90±5.12，

=0.824），但差异无统计学意义（

0.05）；试验组教学满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

基于OBE理念融合AI工具的教学门诊是一种以“学员为中心”和“成果为导向”的创新教学模式，可有效提升儿科住培学员的核心胜任力。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the application of the outcome-based education (OBE) concept integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the teaching clinic model of standardized training for pediatric residents.

Methods

A total of 72 second- and third-year resident physicians who rotated in the teaching clinic of the standardized residency training base for internal pediatrics at Hunan Children's Hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group

with 36 residents in each group. The experimental group received teaching clinic instruction based on the OBE concept integrated with AI tools

while the control group received conventional teaching clinic instruction. The two groups were compared in terms of mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) scores before and after rotation

theoretical and skill examination scores at the end of rotation

and teaching satisfaction. SPSS 27.0 was used to perform the

Results

There were no significant differences in the total Mini-CEX score and scores of all dimensions before rotation between the two groups (

Conclusions

The teaching clinic model based on the OBE concept integrated with AI tools is an innovative teaching model that is learner-centered and outcome-oriented

and can effectively improve the core competencies of pediatric residents in standardized residency training.
