摘要

目的

系统评估我国临床医学专业学位硕士研究生（临床专硕）职业素养自我评价的总体现状，并探讨不同区域及关键人口学特征的评价特点，为差异化医学教育提供实证参考。

方法

2024年秋季至2025年春季，选取东部5家、中部4家、西部3家共12家医院的临床专硕学生，开展医学职业素养自我评价线上问卷调查。采用SPSS 26.0对调查结果进行统计学分析，统计学方法包括描述统计、独立样本

检验、单因素方差分析及Pearson相关分析。

结果

回收有效问卷2 844份，其中男性1 099名、女性1 745名；参与者年龄为（24.59±1.59）岁。职业素养评价自我评价问卷的8个维度得分从高到低分别为：人文素养（4.11±0.78）、以病人为中心的照护（4.09±0.78）、职业道德（4.07±0.78）、敬业精神（4.06±0.79）、团队协作（4.03±0.81）、职业化过程（4.01±0.80）、系统改进能力（4.00±0.82）、个人成长与寻求帮助（3.96±0.82）。对职业素养总分的分析显示，其影响因素包括性别与年龄（

0.05）。对东部、中部、西部3个地区进行比较，发现西部地区得分较低[（3.99±0.72）vs.（4.06±0.72，4.06±0.78）

]

，但差异无统计学意义。

结论

我国东、中、西三地临床专硕医学职业素养整体表现较好，但需加强系统改进能力、个人成长及寻求帮助维度方面的培养。

Abstract

Objective

To systematically assess the overall current situation of self-evaluation of medical professionalism among clinical medicine professional master's students in China and explore the evaluation characteristics under different regions and key demographic features

so as to provide empirical references for differentiated medical education.

Methods

From the autumn of 2024 to the spring of 2025

an online questionnaire survey on self-evaluation on medical professionalism was conducted among clinical professional master's students from 12 hospitals (5 in the east

4 in the central

and 3 in the west). SPSS 26.0 was used for data analysis. Statistical methods including descriptive statistics

independent samples

one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation analysis were used.

Results

A total of 2 844 valid questionnaires were collected

including 1 099 males and 1 745 females

with an average age of (24.59±1.59) years. The scores of the eight dimensions of the self-evaluation questionnaire on medical professionalism from high to low were humanistic qualities (4.11±0.78)

patient-centered care (4.09±0.78)

professional ethics (4.07±0.78)

dedication (4.06±0.79)

interprofessional colla

boration (4.03±0.81)

professional identity formation (4.01±0.80)

systems-based practice (4.00±0.82)

and self-directed learning and help-seeking (3.96±0.82). The analysis of the total score of medical professionalism revealed that the influencing factors included gender and age (

0.05). A comparison among the eastern

central

and western regions revealed that the scores in the western region were the lowest [(3.99±0.72) vs. (4.06±0.72) vs. (4.06±0.78)

]

but the difference was not statistically significant.

Conclusions

The overall performance on medical professionalism among clinical professional master's students in the eastern

central

and western regions of China is good

but the cultivation of systems-based practice and self-directed learning and help-seeking needs to be strengthened.
