摘要

目的

本研究旨在探讨基于库伯学习圈理论的团队学习教学模式在妇科肿瘤专科护士培训中的应用效果，以期为专科护士培训提供新的思路和方法。

方法

选取妇科肿瘤专科护士培训班学员作为研究对象。对照组为2019年10月至2021年6月招收的56名学员，采用常规教学模式，分为“理论授课+临床实践”2个阶段；观察组为2022年4月至2023年6月招收的54名学员，采用基于库伯学习圈理论结合团队学习深度融合的教学模式。具体教学方法包括：应用护理工作坊强化“具体体验”，案例分析促进“反思观察”，循证护理教学查房进行“抽象概括”，个案护理完成“自主实践”。每期学员培训时间为12周，以临床护理、批判性思维、教学科研、人际关系和领导管理能力5项核心能力为主要培训内容。通过测评学员培训后的综合成绩和核心能力来评价培训效果。采用SPSS 23.0进行

检验和Mann-Whitney

检验。

结果

培训后，观察组护士的理论考核成绩（93.20±2.88）高于对照组（91.28±3.96），差异有统计学意义（

0.05）；培训后观察组护士技能考核成绩（96.13±2.05）高于对照组（94.18±1.42），差异具有统计学意义（

0.05）。此外，培训后观察组的综合成绩也高于对照组（

0.05）；2组学员培训后核心能力均较培训前提高，差异有统计学意义（

0.05），观察组护士在批判性思维与科研、临床护理、领导能力、人际关系及教育咨询等条目的得分以及总得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

基于库伯学习圈理论的团队学习有效提高了学员综合成绩和核心能力水平，为妇科肿瘤专科护士培训内容的构建提供参考。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the effectiveness of team-based learning model guided by Kolb's experiential learning theory in the training of gynecological oncology specialty nurses

and to provide new ideas and approaches for specialty nurse training.

Methods

Participants were selected from gynecological oncology specialty nurse training programs. The control group consisted of 56 trainees enrolled between October 2019 and June 2021

who received conventional teaching divided into two stages

theoretical teaching and clinical practice. The observa

tion group included 54 trainees enrolled between April 2022 and June 2023 who received teaching that integrated Kolb's experiential learning theory and team-based learning. The teaching method included the following: nursing workshops to strengthen concrete experiences

case analysis to foster reflective observation

evidence-based nursing teaching rounds for abstract conceptualization

and case-based nursing care to achieve active experimentation. Each training session lasted for 12 weeks

focusing on five core competencies: clinical practice

critical thinking

teaching and research

interpersonal relationships

and leadership and management. Training outcomes were evaluated based on trainees' comprehensive performance and core competency assessments after training. SPSS 23.0 was used for

offering valuable insights for developing training frameworks for gynecological oncology specialty nurses.
