摘要

建设新型研究型大学是推进教育科技人才体制机制一体化改革落地生根的重要体现。本研究挖掘新型研究型大学的新内涵，探索中医药新型研究型大学在时代使命、理念引领、教师队伍、学生群体、学科专业、举办主体、管理机制、保障体制方面的特质，总结中国中医科学院以新型研究型大学建设为契机，在实施铸魂育人工程、落实卓越办学理念、推动体制机制创新方面的指导原则，以及在培养模式方面的实践举措。中医药新型研究型大学的创办将为传承创新发展中医药进行积极的探索与实践。

Abstract

Building a novel research-oriented university is an important embodiment of promoting the implementation and development of the integrated reform of systems and mechanisms for education

science and technology

and talents. This study investigated the new connotations of novel research-oriented universities and the characteristics of a novel research-oriented university of traditional Chinese medicine in the aspects of contemporary mission

conceptual guidance

faculty

students

disciplines and majors

governing body

management mechanisms

and support systems. Furthermore

taking the construction of a novel research-oriented university as an opportunity

the study summarized the guiding principles of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in implementing the value-shaping education project

carrying out the philosophy of excellence in education

and promoting the innovation of systems and mechanisms

as well as its practical measures in training models. The establishment of a novel research-oriented university of traditional Chinese medicine will represent an active exploration and practice for the inheritance

innovation

and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
