摘要

目的

调查上海市高校附属医院临床医学硕士专业学位研究生（以下简称“临床专硕生”）的科研效能现状及影响因素，为住院医师规范化培训与科研培养的有机融合提供实证支持。

方法

采用两阶段抽样设计，于2024年10月选取上海市5所高校附属医院，对2022至2024级的244名临床专硕生展开调查。采用研究自我效能感量表评估科研效能，同时收集基本信息、个体特征、导师指导情况、科研环境等相关信息，并运用R软件进行统计描述、非参数检验、LASSO回归和逐步回归分析。

结果

临床专硕生科研效能总体处于中等水平[5.63（4.25，6.63）分

]

。不同年级间科研效能差异具有统计学意义（

0.001），其中2022级得分最高，为6.25（5.00，7.25）分；其次为2023级，为5.88（4.81，6.50）分；2024级最低，为5.00（3.50，6.00）分。不同科研效能维度间的差异同样具有统计学意义（

0.001），其中研究实践[6.00（5.00，7.00）分

]

和研究设计[6.00（4.38，6.62）分

]

的效能相对较高，统计分析[5.00（4.00，6.50）分

]

和论文写作[5.00（4.00，6.50）分

]

的效能相对较低。年级、平均每日科研时间、心理韧性、压力感知、学生对导师的满意度等因素对临床专硕生科研效能有显著影响。

结论

院校在培养临床专硕生时，应平衡临床实践与科研训练，加强科研方法与写作课程建设，重视心理健康与韧性培养，同时优化导师指导方式，促进其科研效能全面提升。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the current status and influencing factors of scientific research performance among professional postgraduate students in clinical medicine (hereafter referred to as "clinical master students") in affiliated hospitals of universities in Shanghai

and to provide empirical evidence for integrating standardized residency training with research capacity cultivation.

Methods

A two-stage sampling design was used in the study. A total of 244 clinical master students from the 2022-2024 cohorts in five affiliated hospitals of universities in Shanghai were surveyed in October 2024. Scientific research performance was assessed using the research self-efficacy scale (RSES). Basic information

and stepwise regression.

Results

The overall research performance of clinical master students was at a moderate level

with a median score of 5.63 (4.25

6.63). Significant differences in scientific research performance were observed across grades (

0.001). Students enrolled in 2022 demonstrated the highest overall performance [6.25 (5.00

7.25)

]

followed by those enrolled in 2023 [5.88 (4.81

6.50)

]

while those enrolled in 2024 had the lowest score [5.00 (3.50

6.00)

]

Conclusions

Clinical master training should balance clinical practice with research training

strengthen courses in research methodology and writing

emphasize mental health and resilience development

and optimize mentor guidance to promote comprehensive improvement in research performance.
