摘要

目的

探究高水平综合性大学医学新生的时间管理倾向、学习适应能力及其之间的关系。

方法

采用便利抽样法选取天津某“双一流”建设高校的259名医学本科新生为调查对象，通过《中国大学生适应量表》《青少年时间管理倾向量表》进行数据收集，综合运用SPSS 25.0软件分析医学本科新生的时间管理水平、学习适应能力现状及二者的相关关系。

结果

收回有效问卷259份，医学本科新生的时间效能感、时间价值感和时间监控观依次为3.61分、3.53分、3.36分；学习适应能力平均值在3分；时间管理能力与学习适应水平之间显著相关；参加过时间管理工作坊的学生的时间管理能力、学习适应能力得分比未参加者分别高10.29分、2.06分。

结论

大学医学新生的时间管理能力与学习适应水平之间存在密切关系，时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感越强，新生的学习适应水平越好。高校应设计个性化的新生适应方案与指导策略，优化高中至大学的过渡衔接机制，有效提升医学本科新生的学习适应能力。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the time management disposition

learning adaptability

and their relationship among medical freshmen in high-level comprehensive universities.

Methods

A convenient sampling method was used to select 259 medical undergraduate freshmen from a "Double First-Class" university in Tianjin as the survey subjects. Data were collected using the Chinese College Student Adaptation Scale and the Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale. SPSS 25.0 software was utilized to comprehensively analyze the time management level

and the correlation between the two factors among medical undergraduate freshmen.

Results

A total of 259 valid questionnaires were collected. The scores for time management efficacy

time valuation

and time monitoring awareness of medical undergraduate freshmen were 3.61

3.53

and 3.36

respectively

with a mean learning adaptability of around 3 points. There was a significant correlation between time management ability and learning adaptability. Students who participated in time management workshops scored 10.29 and 2.06 points higher in time management ability and learning adaptability

respectively

compared to those who did not.

Conclusions

There is a close relationship between the time management ability and learning adaptability of medical undergraduate freshmen in universities. The stronger the time valuation

time monitoring awareness

and time management efficacy

the better the learning adaptability of freshmen. Universities should design personalized freshman adaptation programs and guidance strategies

optimize the transition mechanism from high school to university

and effectively enhance the learning adaptability of medical undergraduate freshmen.
