摘要

目的

调查全国感染控制专职护士职业倦怠的现状，并探讨其影响因素，为医院管理改进和政策制定提供依据。

方法

采用中国职业倦怠量表，以问卷星形式对全国18个省84个地区906名感染控制专职护士进行职业倦怠现状调查。采用SPSS 27.0进行非参数检验和多元线性逐步回归分析。

结果

906名感染控制专职护士职业倦怠发生率为57.28%（519/906），其中轻度倦怠者占31.68%（287/906），中度倦怠者占18.21%（165/906），重度倦怠者占7.40%（67/906）。多元线性逐步回归分析显示，年龄（

=-0.088）、医院等级（

=-0.088）、月加班次数（

=0.064）、睡眠质量（

=-0.295）、年冲突次数（

=0.220）、科室工作氛围（

=-0.302）是职业倦怠的主要影响因素（

0.05）。

结论

全国感染控制专职护士的职业倦怠发生率较高，管理部门需关注该群体的职业心理健康，尤其要关注职业倦怠发生的高危人群，为其提供合理的任务安排、良好的工作氛围及职业规划指导等，以降低职业倦怠的发生率。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the current situation of job burnout among infection control nurses in China and its influencing factors

and to provide a basis for hospital management improvement and policy formulation.

Methods

Using the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory

a questionnaire survey was conducted through Questionnaire Star among 906 infection control nurses in 84 regions of 18 provinces in China to investigate the current situation of job burnout. Non-parametric tests and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis were performed using SPSS 27.0.

Results

The incidence of job burnout among 906 infection control nurses was 57.28% (519/906). Specifically

31.68% (287/906) experienced mild burnout

18.21% (165/906) experienced moderate burnout

and 7.40% (67/906) experienced severe burnout. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that age (

=-0.088)

hospital level (

=-0.088)

monthly overtime frequency (

=0.064)

sleep quality (

=-0.295)

annual conflict frequency (

=0.220)

and departmental work atmosphere (

=-0.302) were the main influence factors for job burnout (

0.05).

Conclusions

The incidence of job burnout among infection control nurses in China is high. Management departments need to pay attention to their occupational mental health

especially those at high risk of job burnout. Reasonable task allocation

a good work atmosphere

and career planning guidance should be provided to reduce the incidence of job burnout.
