摘要

为应对城市健康差异问题，探究美国护理学院“城市服务路径”（urban service track，UST）协调员角色的运行机制，采用文献分析、案例研究和比较分析等多种研究方法，系统研究了UST的设立背景、职能架构及实践案例，总结出其“政策—教育—社区”三元联动模式的核心特征。基于UST在促进护理学生社区实践能力培养、改善城市健康差异方面取得的显著成效，针对中国城市化进程中社区护理资源不足、教育与需求脱节等现实问题，提出本土化改革路径，涵盖岗位设置、教育体系改革、政策与财政支持及数字赋能等方面，旨在探索跨学科协作的优化路径，为健康中国战略下的护理教育改革提供理论依据与实践参考。

Abstract

To address the issue of urban health disparities

this study investigated the operational mechanisms of the urban service track coordinator role in the US nursing schools. Literature review

case study

and comparative analysis were employed to systematically investigate its background of establishment

functional framework

and practical cases. This study summarized its core feature as "policy-education-community" tripartite linkage. Building on the significant achievements of urban service track coordinator role in enhancing nursing student community practice competencies and mitigating urban health disparities

this paper proposes localized reform pathways to address practical challenges in China's urbanization process

including inadequate community nursing resources and the misalignment between education and societal needs. These pathways encompass role establishment

educational system reform

policy and financial support

and digital empowerment. This study aims to explore optimized approaches to interdisciplinary collaboration and to provide both theoretical foundations and practical approaches for nursing education reform under the Healthy China strategy.
