摘要

置信职业行为作为胜任力导向医学教育的新范式，已被国内外医学教育者广泛探索与实践。ten Cate教授率领国际置信职业行为团队撰写了《医学教育中的置信职业行为与置信决策》，该书从置信职业行为的背景、定义、课程、评价和实施等5个方面，系统梳理了置信职业行为的内涵与外延，有助于国内教育者深入理解置信职业行为，并为置信职业行为在我国医学教育中的规范应用提供了理论依据与实践路径。

Abstract

Entrustable professional activities (EPAs) as a new paradigm for competency-based medical education have been extensively explored and practiced by medical educators both in China and internationally. Led by Professor Olle ten Cate

Entrustable Professional Activities and Entrustment Decision-Making in Health Professions Education

. This book systematically elucidates the connotation and extension of EPAs from the five aspects of background

assessment

and implementation. This book enhances the understanding of EPAs among Chinese educators and provides a theoretical foundation and practical pathways for the standardized application of EPAs in the Chinese medical education.
