摘要

目的

构建基于高级模拟人的急危重症情景模拟教学模式，探讨其应用效果。

方法

选取2021年10月至2023年10月轮转的60名住院医师，试验组与对照组各30人。试验组接受基于高级模拟人的情景模拟教学；对照组采用传统模式。教学前后分别评估理论掌握度（百分制笔试）、技能规范性（标准化操作评分表）及综合临床胜任力（改良版Mini-CEX量表，涵盖危机识别、临床决策等6维度），并收集教学满意度与自我效能感问卷数据。使用SPSS 26.0进行独立

结论

基于高级模拟人的情景模拟教学能显著提升住院医师的急危重症救治理论、技能与综合临床能力，具备良好的实践价值与区域推广潜力。

Abstract

Objective

To construct an emergency and critical care scenario simulation teaching model based on advanced simulators and explore its application effect.

Method

Sixty resident physicians who rotated from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected

with 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. The experimental group received scenario simulation teaching based on advanced simulators; The control group adopts the traditional mode. Evaluate theoretical mastery (written test on a percentage scale)

skill standardization (standardized operational scoring scale)

and comprehensive clinical competence (improved Mini CEX scale

covering six dimensions such as crisis identification and clinical decision-making) before and after teaching

and collect data on teaching satisfaction and self-efficacy questionnaires. Perform independent

Conclusions

Scenario simulation teaching based on advanced simulators can significantly improve the theoretical

and comprehensive clinical abilities of resident physicians in emergency and critical care

and has good practical value and regional promotion potential.
