摘要

住院医师规范化培训（简称“住培”）是培养合格医生的必经之路。传统的住培模式存在教学活动管理欠缺、教学资料流失、教学形式单一、评估反馈机制不完善等诸多问题。本研究基于住培教学信息化管理需求及上述问题，开发并检验住培综合管理平台，全面赋能检验住培日常管理工作。通过系统集中采集、分析和处理学生和教师在教学活动中产生的数据信息，实现对教学活动的全面监控、管理和优化，为检验住培提供全方位、高质量的应用体验。

Abstract

Standardized residency training (SRT) is essential for cultivating qualified physicians. Traditional SRT models face numerous challenges

including inadequate management of teaching activities

loss of teaching materials

monotonous teaching formats

and imperfect evaluation and feedback mechanisms. Addressing these issues and the need for informatized management in SRT

this study developed and evaluated a comprehensive management platform for SRT

aiming to fully empower the daily management of residency training of laboratory physicians. By centrally collecting

analyzing

and processing the data generated by students and teachers in teaching activities

it realizes comprehensive monitoring

management

and optimization of teaching activities

providing a full-range and high-quality application experience for standardized training of laboratory physicians.
