摘要

目的

基于新质生产力的发展需求，运用Delphi法构建临床医学专业硕士研究生的学位授予体系，旨在为培养适应新质生产力发展的高层次医学人才提供科学依据。

方法

本研究自2024年9月起，以学位授予体系为核心研究对象，采用专家调查作为主要研究路径。通过系统性地梳理新质生产力相关文献及政策，并参照985、211医学院校的学位授予条件，初步拟定了指标体系。随后，运用Delphi法对36名专家进行2轮函询，对指标的重要性进行客观评估，并据此筛选及修改相关指标。数据录入与统计分析则分别采用Excel 2010及SPSS 27.0软件

结果

经过2轮函询，构建了包含专业能力、科研能力与诚信、创新能力3个一级指标、15个二级指标及36个三级指标的学位授予体系。2轮咨询问卷的有效回收率均为100.00%，专家的权威系数分别为0.94和0.93。此外，专家的协调系数为0.15~0.37（

0.001），一级指标的权重系数则分别为0.540、0.297和0.163。

结论

本研究运用Delphi法成功构建了临床医学专业硕士研究生的学位授予体系，为在新质生产力背景下高质量培养临床专业硕士提供了有效的培养路径及评价指标。

Abstract

Objective

To construct a professional master's degree conferral system for clinical medicine students using the Delphi method based on the development needs of new quality productivity

and to provide a scientific foundation for cultivating high-level medical talents adapting to the advancement of new quality productivity.

Methods

This study commenced in September 2024 building a degree-granting system through expert interviews. A preliminary indicator system was formulated by systematically reviewing literature and policies on new quality productive forces and referencing the degree awarding requirements of Project 985/211 medical institutions. Through two rounds of Delphi-based conversations with 36 experts

the importance of the indicators was evaluated objectively for selection and refinement. Excel 2010 and SPSS 27.0 were used for data input and statistical analysis.

Results

After two rounds of consultation

we developed a degree conferral system consisting of 3 first-level

15 second-level

and 36 third-level indicators assessing professional competence

research capacity and integrity

and innovation capability. During the two rounds of consultation

the effective response rate was both 100.00%

and the expert authority coefficients were 0.94 and 0.93

respectively. The expert coordination coefficients were 0.15 to 0.37 (

0.001). The weight coefficients of the first-level indicators were 0.540

0.297

and 0.163

respectively.

Conclusions

This study successfully developed a clinical medicine professional master's degree granting system using the Delphi method

providing an effective path and assessment system for the high-quality cultivation of professional masters in clinical medicine in the framework of new quality productivity.
