摘要

目的

通过迷你临床演练-临床操作技能评估（mini-clinical evaluation exercise-direct observation of procedural skills，Mini-CEX-DOPS）评价Simodont数字化虚拟仿真培训系统在口腔全科住院医师中的应用价值。

方法

选取2023年1月至2024年12月期间的172名四川大学华西口腔医院口腔全科住院医师作为研究对象，入科后按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组给予传统带教模式，培训组采用Simodont数字化虚拟仿真培训与传统带教相结合的模式。通过临床接诊真实患者，比较2组在Mini-CEX+DOPS各项评估得分、出科考核成绩及教学满意度方面的差异。统计学处理应用SPSS 22.0软件，计数资料行卡方检验，组间比较采用独立样本

检验，检验水准

=0.05。

结果

①入口腔全科时，2组Mini-CEX各项评分得分差异无统计学意义（

0.05）；出口腔全科时，培训组临床问诊、体格检查、人文关怀等Mini-CEX各项评分得分高于对照组（

0.05），其中培训组的综合能力得分为（7.65±0.50），而对照组为（6.84±0.43）；不论培训组还是对照组，出科时综合能力得分均高于入科时（

0.05）。②入口腔全科时，2组DOPS各项评估得分比较，差异无统计学意义（

0.05）；出口腔全科时，培训组DOPS各项评估得分高于对照组（

0.05），培训组操作技能的总体评价得分为（7.61±0.45），对照组总体评价得分为（6.90±0.31）；不论培训组还是对照初，出科时各项得分均高于入科时（

0.05）。③培训组理论测评成绩、专业技能成绩、病历书写质量分值高于对照组（

0.05），其中培训组的专业技能成绩为（86.32±4.12）分，对照组的专业技能成绩为（77.39±4.58）分。④培训组总体满意度高于对照组（

0.05），培训组为95.35％（82/86），对照组为70.93％（61/86）。

结论

基于Mini-CEX与DOPS联合应用的形成性评价体系，在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中运用Simodont数字化虚拟仿真培训系统，能够提升培训效果与医师满意度，同时提高教学质量及患者满意度，具备良好的应用价值和推广前景。

Abstract

Objective

To evaluate the application value of mini-clinical evaluation exercise-direct observation of procedural skills (Mini-CEX-DOPS) in the assessment of the Simodont digital virtual simulation training system in general dentistry residency training.

Methods

A total of 172 general dentistry residents at West China Hospital of Stomatology

Sichuan University

from January 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled and randomly assigned to two groups using a random number table. The control group received traditional teaching

and the training group received Simodont digital virtual simulation training and traditional teaching. Through clinical treatment of real patients

differences between groups were compared in Mini-CEX+DOPS assessment scores

and teaching satisfaction. A statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software. Categorical data were analyzed using the chi-square test

and inter-group comparisons were performed using the independent-samples

test with a significance level of

=0.05.

Results

There were no significant differences in Mini-CEX scores between the two groups at the beginning of residency training at the Department of General Dentistry (

0.05). At the end of residency training

the Mini-CEX scores of the training group in clinical consultation

and humanistic care were higher than those of the control group (

0.05); the comprehensive competency score of the training group was (7.65±0.50)

while that of the control group was (6.84±0.43). The comprehensive competency scores of both groups were higher at the end of residency training compared to that at the beginning of residency training (

0.05). At the beginning of residency training

there were no significant differences in DOPS assessment scores between the two groups (

0.05). At the end of residency training

the DOPS evaluation sc

ores were higher in the training group than in the control group (

0.05). The overall operation skill scores for the training and control groups were (7.61±0.45) and (6.90±0.31)

respectively. The DOPS scores of both groups were higher at the end of residency training compared to those at the beginning of residency training (

0.05); the professional skill scores of the training and control groups were (86.32±4.12) and (77.39±4.58)

Conclusions

Based on the formative evaluation system of Mini-CEX+DOPS

the Simodont digital virtual simulation training system can improve the training effectiveness

physician satisfaction

teaching quality

and patient satisfaction in general dentistry residency training. This approach has significant application value and promising prospects for broader promotion.
