摘要

目的

观察案例工作坊联合可视化思维导图对神经外科监护室护士规范化培训的效果。

方法

选取86名于2023年3月至2024年3月在空军军医大学第一附属医院神经外科监护室进行规范化培训的护士为观察对象，采用单双号法分为对照组和试验组，每组43名。对照组实施传统教学；试验组实施案例工作坊联合可视化思维导图培训。比较2组护士理论考核和实践操作成绩、工作能力及学习积极主动性变化，并对教学满意度进行评价。

结果

培训后，试验组理论成绩和实践操作成绩均高于对照组（

0.05）；试验组护士工作能力（科研能力、临床护理、领导能力、人际关系、伦理与法律实践、专业发展、教育培训）和学习积极主动性（学习目标、扎实学习、学习驱动力、控制学习、深入学习）均较对照组提高（

0.05）；试验组护士对教学满意度（学习兴趣、理论知识掌握、实践能力提高、教学方法满意度、教学效果满意度、师生沟通）评分均高于对照组（

0.05）。

结论

采用案例工作坊联合可视化思维导图能提高神经外科监护室护士的规范操作程度和工作能力，更好地巩固理论知识，提高护士的学习积极主动性和培训模式满意度。

Abstract

Objective

To evaluate the effectiveness of case-based workshops combined with visual mind mapping in the standardized training of neurosurgical intensive care unit (ICU) nurses.

Methods

A total of 86 nurses who underwent standardized training at the neurosurgical ICU of The First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (

=43) and an experimental group (

=43) using the odd-even numbering method. The control group received traditional teaching methods

while the experimental group received training via case-based workshops combined with visual mind mapping. The two groups were compared in terms of theoretical examination and practical skill scores

Results

After the training

the experimental group showed significantly higher theoretical examination and practical skill scores than the control group (

Conclusions

The combination of case-based workshops and visual mind mapping enhanced the standardized operational skills and work competence of neurosurgical ICU nurses. This approach effectively consolidated their theoretical knowledge
