摘要

目的

系统评价工作场所暴力管理能力培训在护理专业学生中的培训效果。

方法

在PubMed、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库等中英文数据库中，检索国内外关于护生工作场所暴力管理能力培训的随机对照试验研究或者类实验研究。检索时限均为建库至2024年6月。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。

结果

共纳入12篇文献，726名护生。Meta分析结果显示，接受工作场所暴力管理能力培训的护生知识成绩高于对照组（SMD=1.15，95%

=0.62~1.69，

0.001），培训周期≥4周时护生知识成绩更好，差异具有统计学意义（

0.001）；态度得分高于对照组（SMD=0.94，95%

=0.45~1.43，

0.001），已参与实习的护生接受培训后对工作场所暴力的态度改变更明显，差异具有统计学意义（

结论

护生工作场所暴力管理能力培训有助于增加护生的暴力知识储备，改变其面对暴力的态度以及提高其应对能力。

Abstract

Objective

To systematically the effectiveness of workplace violence management training among nursing students.

Methods

A systematic search was conducted in both English and Chinese databases

including PubMed

Embase

Cochrane Library

Web of Science

CINAHL

APA PsycINFO

China Biology Medicine disc

Wanfang Data

Chinese Scientific Journals Full-Text Database

and China National Knowledge Infrastructure

for randomized controlled trials or quasi-experimental studies on workplace violence management training for nursing students. The search was limited to studies published from the inception of the databases up to June 2024. RevMan 5.3 software was used for data analysis.

Results

A total of 12 articles and 726

nursing students were included. The meta-analysis showed that the knowledge score of nursing students who received workplace violence management training was significantly higher than that of the control group (SMD=1.15

Workplace violence management training for nursing students effectively increases their knowledge about violence

alters their attitudes toward violence

and improves their coping abilities.
