摘要

目的

探讨我国初级职称护士循证护理能力的现状及影响因素，为开展针对性能力提升培训提供参考。

方法

采用便利抽样，选择全国31个省、自治区、直辖市175所医院1 217名护士作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、循证护理能力量表、医护合作行为量表、创新自我效能感量表进行调查。采用SPSS 26.0进行非参数检验（Mann-Whitney

检验、Kruskal-Wallis

检验）；相关性分析采用Spearman等级相关检验；多因素分析采用Logistic逐步回归法。

结果

初级职称护士循证护理能力得分48.00（23.00，65.00），医护合作行为得分84.00（74.00，95.00），创新自我效能感得分15.00（12.00，16.00）。单因素分析结果显示，护士循证护理能力得分在年龄、工作年限、文化程度、婚姻状况、是否参与科研、是否接触过循证相关培训方面差异有统计学意义（

0.05）；相关性分析结果显示，医护合作行为总分（

=0.315，

0.01）、创新自我效能感总分（

=0.473，

0.01）分别与循证护理能力总分呈正相关。回归分析结果显示：年龄、是否接触过循证相关培训、医护合作行为、创新自我效能感差异有统计学意义（

0.01）。

结论

初级职称护士循证护理能力处于较低水平，医护合作行为、创新自我效能感处于中等水平。管理者应重视年轻护士循证护理能力的培养，鼓励医护充分沟通合作，积极营造科研创新氛围，以提高初级职称护士循证护理能力。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the current situation and influencing factors of evidence-based nursing ability of nurses with junior professional titles in China

and provide a reference for carrying out targeted ability improvement training.

Methods

Convenience sampling was used to select 1 217 nurses from 175 hospitals in 31 provinces

autonomous regions

and municipalities in China. Data were collected using a general data questionnaire

an Evidence-Based Nursing Competency Scale

a Physician-Nurse Cooperation Behavior Scale

and a Creative Self-Efficacy Scale. SPSS 26.0 was used to perform non-parametric tests (Mann-Whitney

test and Kruskal-Wallis

test). Spearman rank correlation test was used for correlation analysis. Logistic stepwise regression was used for multivariate analysis.

Results

The scores of nurses with junior professional titles were 48.00 (23.00

Conclusions

The evidence-based nursing ability of junior nurses is at relatively low levels

while their physician-nurse cooperation behavior and creative self-efficacy are at moderate levels. Managers should pay attention to the training of young nurses for evidence-based nursing ability

encourage communication and cooperation between physicians and nurses

and actively create an atmosphere of scientific research and innovation to improve the evidence-based nursing ability of nurses with junior professional titles.
