摘要

目的

构建一套科学可靠的临床教师胜任力评价指标体系，为教学医院加强临床教师队伍建设提供参考。

方法

在文献研究、小组讨论的基础上构建初始专家咨询问卷，运用德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询，形成教学医院临床教师胜任力评价指标体系，并采取基于Python实现的层次分析法来计算各指标的权重。

结果

两轮专家咨询的积极系数分别为100.00%、95.24%，专家权威系数分别为0.843、0.862。第一轮咨询中，一级、二级、三级指标的肯德尔协调系数（Kendall’s coefficient of concordance）

分别为0.207、0.152、0.191（

0.001）；第二轮咨询中，一级、二级、三级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.271、0.176、0.252（

0.001）。最终构建的教学医院临床

教师胜任力评价指标体系包括7个一级指标、15个二级指标、43个三级指标。一级指标包括职业素养、专业知识技能、医学教育知识、教学能力、沟通协作、教学动机及职业发展，其权重分别为0.147、0.149、0.142、0.147、0.146、0.134和0.136。

结论

该评价指标系统全面，具有较好的科学性和可靠性，可为教学医院开展临床教师甄选、评价及师资培训提供参考指引。

Abstract

Objective

To construct a scientific and reliable clinical teacher competency evaluation index system

and provide a reference for strengthening the construction of clinical teachers in teaching hospitals.

Methods

Based on literature research and group discussion

the initial expert consultation questionnaire was constructed. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using the Delphi method to form the competency evaluation index system for clinical teachers in teaching hospitals. A hierarchy analysis was conducted using Python to calculate the weights of indicators.

Results

The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100.00% and 95.24%

respectively

and the expert authority coefficients were 0.843 and 0.862

respectively. The Kendall's coefficients of concordance for the first-

second-

and third-level indicators in the first round of expert consultation were 0.207

and these coefficients in the second round of expert consultation were 0.271

respectively. The final evaluation index system included 7 first-level indicators

Conclusions

The evaluation index system is comprehensive

scientific

and reliable. It can provide a reference for clinical teacher selection

evaluation

and training in teaching hospitals.
