探索“翻转课堂+PBL+CBL”混合教学在超声医学临床教学中的应用。
方法
2
选取60名在重庆医科大学附属大学城医院超声科进行超声医学临床实习的本科生，随机分为2组，30名为对照组（采用传统教学）；30名为试验组（采用翻转课堂+PBL+CBL混合教学）。课后对比分析两组学生的理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩及教学满意度。同时利用重要度-满意度象限图，分析学生对“翻转课堂+PBL+CBL”混合教学的重要度与满意度。
结果

试验组学生的理论知识成绩、病史采集、设备调节、操作手法、图像质量、报告书写及教学满意度均优于对照组（

0.001）。“翻转课堂+PBL+CBL”混合教学重要度-满意度象限图中，学生对课件制作与课程难易程度表现为重视与满意，而对普通话、超声图像选择与思维发散的内容需要进一步提高。
结论

在超声医学临床教学中，“翻转课堂+PBL+CBL”混合教学有助于提高学生发现问题、解决问题及终身自学的能力，提高了超声医学教学质量，值得推广探索。

To explore the application of "flipped classroom + PBL + CBL" in clinical teaching of ultrasound medicine.
Methods

Sixty undergraduate students enrolled in the internship of ultrasound medicine at the Department of Ultrasound in The University-Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were randomly divided into two groups: 30 in the control group (traditional teaching mode) and 30 in the experimental group (flipped classroom + PBL + CBL teaching mode). the importance and satisfaction of "flipped classroom + PBL + CBL" teaching mode were analyzed using the importance-satisfaction quadrant chart.

In the clinical teaching of ultrasound medicine
the "flipped classroom + PBL + CBL" teaching mode is useful to improve the ability of students to identify and solve problems and lifelong self-study. This mode improves the quality of teaching ultrasound medicine and is worthy of promotion and exploration.
