摘要

以首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院为例，分析医院与社工专业高等院校联合建立社工实习基地、开展医务社工实务的内部环境优势与劣势，以及外部环境的机会与威胁。通过态势分析[S代表strength（优势），W代表weakness （弱势），O代表opportunity（机会），T代表threat（威胁），缩写为SWOT）法，发现大型综合公立医院与社会工作专业高等教育合作联合建立医务社工实习基地具有跨专业合作的优势，但也存在内部对社工认同度低的劣势。外部威胁主要来自社工自身教育与实务专业化、本土化发展的不足。为此，提出以下优化路径：完善医务社工人才培养专业结构，注重医务社工实务发展，完善督导遴选及管理体系，以及完善医务社工人才考核评价体系。这些措施旨在促进社工的专业化、本土化发展，为北京地区其他公立医院提供参考借鉴。

this study aims to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment as well as the opportunities and threats of the external environment for the joint establishment of social work internship bases and the implementation of medical and social work practice by hospitals and higher education institutions specializing in social work. Through the SWOT (Strengths

and Threats) analysis

it was found that the joint establishment of medical social work internship bases by large comprehensive public hospitals and higher education institutions specializing in social work has the strength of interdisciplinary cooperation

but the weakness of low internal recognition of social work. The external threats mainly stem from the underdeveloped specialization and localization of social work education and practice. Therefore

we propose the following optimization path: improve the professional structure of medical and social work talent cultivation

emphasize the development of medical and social work practice

improve the supervision

selection

and management system

and enhance the appraisal and assessment system of medical and social work talents. These measures aim to promote the development of specialization and localization of social work and provide a reference for other public hospitals in Beijing.
