摘要

本研究基于SWOT分析方法，针对高等院校口腔医学院培养口腔全科医师进行全面分析，发现口腔全科医学教育环境氛围良好、学科建设完备、就业竞争压力不大等内部优势，但同样存在发展意识不足、师资队伍、教学基地不健全等内部劣势，深入剖析基层单位对口腔全科人才需求量较大以及国家政策的支持等外部机遇，探讨口腔基层全科医师认同度和信任度低、基层口腔全科医生岗位吸引力不强等不同挑战，基于以上分析，提出积极加强学科建设，完善师资队伍，加强教材及实习基地建设，将全科口腔教育与地方卫生事业发展紧密联系，以期为口腔全科医学的发展提供基础。

Abstract

We employ the SWOT (strengths

weaknesses

opportunities

and threats) method to conduct a comprehensive analysis on general dentist training in stomatological colleges. General dentistry possesses internal strengths including a good education environment

a well-established discipline system

and less competitive employment

but also faces internal weaknesses such as a lack of awareness of development and inadequate capacities of teaching staff and teaching bases. We delve into its external opportunities such as a great demand for general dental practitioners at primary institutions and national support policies

and discuss various challenges such as the low recognition and trust of general dentists at the grass-roots level and the weak attractiveness of such jobs. Based on these conclusions

we suggest strengthening discipline construction

improving teaching staff capacity building

perfecting textbooks and practice bases

and closely linking general dental education with the development of local health care

in order to provide a basis for advancing general dental medicine.
