摘要

目的

探讨基于成果导向教育（outcome-based education，OBE）理念的BOPPPS+小组合作学习（team-based learning，TBL）教学在小儿发热出疹性传染病示教课中的应用效果。

方法

选取重庆医科大学2019级五年制儿科系199名本科生为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组（99人）和对照组（100人）。试验组实施基于OBE理念的BOPPPS+TBL教学，对照组进行传统教学。结课后，对两组示教课成绩进行比较，并调查其对教师教学效果、学生学习效果自评以及对教学模式的接受度。采用SPSS 22.0进行

检验和卡方检验。

结果

试验组学生的示教课成绩高于对照组[（88.08±5.31）分 vs. （85.62±8.44）分，

=0.014

]

；问卷调查结果显示，试验组学生对教师教学效果[（4.40±0.75）分 vs. （3.36±1.13）分

]

及学生学习效果自评[（4.31±0.84）分 vs. （3.35±1.19）分

]

的评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

0.001）；试验组中96.96%（96/99）的学生认为基于OBE理念的BOPPPS+TBL教学有利于学生对知识点的掌握和理解中，93.93%（93/99）的学生愿意在以后的学习中继续采用这种示教课模式。

结论

基于OBE理念的BOPPPS+TBL教学有助于教学目标的达成，能够大幅度提高学生的教学满意度和学习效果。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the application effect of BOPPPS+team-based learning (TBL) based on the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) in the teaching of infectious rash and fever illnesses in children.

Methods

A total of 199 undergraduate students of the class 2019 in the five-year program of Department of Pediatrics in Chongqing Medical University were selected as subjects

and they were divided into experimental group with 99 students and control group with 100 students using a random number table. The students in the experimental group received BOPPPS+TBL teaching based on the OBE concept

while those in the control group received traditional teaching. After the end of the curriculum

scores were compared between the two groups

and a questionnaire survey was conducted for self

-evaluation of teaching and learning effectiveness and the acceptance of teaching models. SPSS 22.0 was used to perform the

-test and the chi-square test.

Results

The experimental group had a significantly higher score of the course than the control group [(88.08±5.31) vs. (85.62±8.44)

. The questionnaire survey showed that compared with the control group

Conclusions

BOPPPS+TBL teaching based on the OBE concept can help to achieve teaching objectives and significantly improve student satisfaction and learning outcomes.
